CARMEL VALLEY PATIO is a design that creates an outdoor room plus extends the upper deck to take advantage of the great views. The windows are designed to slide open to take advantage of great weather while entertaining or relaxing.

GLENGATE RESIDENCE will be built on the last remaining open lot in the amazingly beautiful Glengate community. The design will be harmonious to the current context while provided an interior focused layout.
